(including its subsidiaries; collectively “Okta”) is not a party to those terms and conditions and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding such Sample Apps. Okta disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Sample Apps. The Sample Apps may contain bugs or errors, may not be secure, and any use, including but not limited to development or production use, of the Sample Apps is at your own risk.
